Palmaa is an all-inclusive membership for Canadian travellers. We run an AI system that tracks all-inclusive resorts across the Caribbean every single day, scanning every major operator, and surfaces the best deals before they disappear. You get them before everyone else.
How does it work?
Sign up and you get instant access to our weekly deals plus a newsletter that pings you the moment a really good deal drops. That's it. No searching, no comparing, no missed price windows.
Who is Palmaa for?
Canadians who travel at least once or twice a year and don't want to spend hours comparing sites. If you've ever booked a hotel and then seen a better price somewhere else the next day, Palmaa is for you.
Do you book the hotel for me?
No. We find the deals, you book them yourself directly with the operator. We are not affiliates, we don't earn commission on your bookings, and we have no financial relationship with any travel company. Our only revenue comes from your membership, which means we stay 100% on your side.
Where do the deals come from?
Our AI scans pricing from every major Canadian all-inclusive operator every day. Think Sunwing, Air Transat, WestJet Vacations, and the other well-known names you already trust. We only surface deals from legit, established platforms, so you always book with confidence.
How often will I get deals?
We guarantee a minimum of 3 deals per week for every departure city, and in most weeks you'll see a lot more. If a standout price shows up, our newsletter sends it out the same day so you don't miss the window.
What destinations do you cover?
All-inclusives across the Caribbean, Mexico, and South America. That's our focus. We leave ski trips and city breaks to someone else.
What if a deal is sold out when I click it?
All-inclusive inventory moves fast. If a rate is gone by the time you click, it's because the operator sold through it. We can't guarantee availability, so the best deals are worth acting on quickly.
How much does Palmaa cost?
Current pricing is on the pricing page. We offer a monthly plan and a discounted annual plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New members get a 7 day free trial. Your trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel before it ends. Only one trial per customer, ever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings or through our payment processor's billing portal at any time.
During the 7 day free trial: cancellation is immediate. You lose access right away and are never charged.
On a paid subscription: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you won't be billed again.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable once processed, except for verified technical billing errors. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified and used by some of the largest companies in the world. We never see or store your full card number, and all transactions are encrypted end to end.
How do I change my email preferences?
Sign in, go to your account settings, and update your departure city, destinations, and notification preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I delete my account?
